At Ollie Quinn, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-prescription eyewear and accessories. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear, protective case, and cleaning cloth inside the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
